 The Library is currently adding another new open access database into its Online Collection. Electronic Journal of University Malaya (EJUM) is an internet-based journal management system that provides scholarly journal management system for university, higher learning institutions or research and development centers.

Currently EJUM is hosting  14 journals:

MyCite provides access to bibliographic as well full-text contents of scholarly journals published in Malaysia in the fields of Sciences, Technology, Medicine, Social Sciences and the Humanities. Besides this, MyCite will provide citation and bibliometric reports on Malaysian researchers, journals and institutions based only on the contents within MyCite.

The Journal of Learning for Development provides a forum for the publication of research with a focus on innovation in learning, in particular but not exclusively open and distance learning, and its contribution to development. Content includes interventions that change social and/or economic relations, especially in terms of improving equity.

JL4D publishes research and case studies from researchers, scholars and practitioners, and seeks to engage a broad audience across that spectrum. It aims to encourage contributors starting their careers, as well as to publish the work of established and senior scholars from the Commonwealth and beyond.

Jurnal Ekonomi Malaysia or Malaysian Journal of Economics is a Scopus indexed peer reviewed journal published at least once a year by UKM Press (Penerbit UKM). The journal publishes original research articles as well as short notes, comments and book reviews on all aspects of economics, particularly those pertaining to the developing economies. Articles are published in both English and Malay.
