Flexibility, in this context, not only relates to its traditional definition of learning at any time and any place, but more importantly, its ability to customise learning to meet individual learner needs. In this regard, it is very apparent that there is a marked movement from the supply-side ?same-for-all? education to the demand-side ?just-for-me? education. This learner-centered approach adopted by many successful higher education institutions provide learners with personalised learning programmes with different delivery modes and different levels of support services.
