Abstract

Objectives of study 1. Analyze and operationalize components of ELT by Kolb & Kolb (2017) and design a working framework in context of instructional setting in OUM 2. establish indicators and criteria based on the working framework to be used as the guideline in lesson design in OUM 3. design the reflective online learning environment (ROLE) learning architecture based on the working framework and the guideline 4. develop the complete instructional system through two main ID process; skill hierarchy and task analysis 5. identify the strength and weaknesses of the delivery system perform Usability study
