CINAHL Plus Full Text is an expanded version of the original CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health Literature). CINAHL provides authoritative coverage of the literature related to nursing and allied health. CINAHL also indexes publications of the American Nurses Association, the National League for Nursing and selected journals in the areas of consumer health, biomedicine and health sciences librarianship.

CINAHL Plus Full Text leads to citations to journal articles, healthcare books, nursing dissertations, selected conference proceedings, standards of professional practice, educational software and audiovisual materials. It provides abstracts when available and full text for more than 560 journals. It contains Evidence-Based Care Sheets and Quick Lessons and includes a Cited References Search screen. Search results can be formatted in several popular styles, including APA.

From 1937 to present. Provides indexing for over 2,900 journals from the fields of nursing and allied health. The database contains more than 1,000,000 records dating back to 1981.
